  The staff was very rude about not taking notes American money. When I asked to speak to a manager, they refused, and they began enticing the other customers to ridicule me. I finally gave up, refused their service, and left. I made a complaint at another location and owner never cared enough to get back to me. Customer service should matter in a service business!!!

  I have lived in 6 provinces in the last few years and have yet to find a tim hortons worse than this one. The staff rarely greet you, they consistently make mistakes and are outright rude to customers. When i asked to speak to a manager the staff treated me like scum and so did the manager who wouldnt do anything but give me things on the side to fix my coffee after they forgot to put anything in my coffee and forgot the bacon on my sandwich.
